Night Light Help

This demo clears up confusion most users have with their item. Please watch it below (or on YouTube here) and reference the accompanying notes.

Users will occasionally have the following issues with their Night Light:

  • Auto / Motion Detection Issue:  the settings and operability aren't completely intuitive. But, once these are clear, your night light should work perfectly. Set the knobs to "On" and "Auto." The light will come on initially, and go out after roughly a minute. Then, it will ONLY light up with motion in a darkened room. Please watch the video above to see this in action.
  • Magnet Not Strong Enough:  occasionally, the wall or other surface has a coating, creating a distance to the underlying metal. This will decrease the magnetic attraction. Fortunately, there's a quick and easy fix. The bottom of the night light has a false bottom which can be removed. This will improve the connection. Please watch the video above for a demo. Additionally, we've included a 3M adhesive to apply to surfaces with a thick coating or non-metallic areas.
